Senior Level Executive with extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working various industry field. Also highly qualified Lecturer and university administrator with extensive experience teaching graduate and undergraduate business and management courses. Motivated educator committed to providing effective and innovative active learning experiences for students.

He has eighteen years of broad professional experience in higher education, particularly in the academic leadership and administration, postgraduate and undergraduate teaching (taught over 8 subjects in the Business Management curriculum), development and administration of academic programs, research and scholarly activities, university services, strategic planning, budget management, accreditation, curriculum design and program review and development, enrolment management, outcome-based academic model, student advising and career planning, ability to work in diverse and multicultural educational environment, community outreach activities as well as internship and capstone programs design, development and implementation. For industry experience, almost six years in business development field from corporate sector and financial services sector.

Dr. Hafeez Rajudin’s appointment to the International Campus for Higher Studies-Sri Lanka as a Board of Governors!

A seasoned academic and corporate professional with a Doctorate in Marketing Management and over three decades of experience in the fields of finance, education, and institutional leadership. He is a Fellow of several prestigious professional bodies. Doctor of Philosophy in Marketing Management – PhD., (ARU, Cambr) Anglia Ruskin University, United Kingdom.

Dr. Rajudin has held key leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, including serving as the Managing Director of Arpico Finance Company PLC, CEO of Merchant Credit of Sri Lanka (a subsidiary of Bank of Ceylon), and Director of the Performance Evaluation Unit at the Ministry of Finance, Sri Lanka.

His international experience includes his tenure as Country Manager for Consular and Diplomatic Mission Services Ltd., based in the Maldives.
Dr. Hafeez Rajudin is a distinguished fellow and life member of several prominent professional institutions, reflecting his longstanding contributions to marketing, credit management, and commercial education. With decades of experience in both academia and corporate leadership, Dr. Rajudin has held significant positions across institutions and industries. Dr. Hafeez Rajudin is widely respected for his contributions to marketing education, financial management, and institutional governance. His career reflects a deep commitment to academic excellence, ethical leadership, and national development through education and public service.
Dr. Hibathul Careem’s appointment to the International Campus for Higher Studies-Sri Lanka as a Board of Governors!

Currently serving as the Director of Administration and temporarily as College Registrar at the College of Medicine, Dhofar University, Oman, he holds a Doctorate in Management Studies (DMS) and an MBA from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, alongside an MSc from the University of Peradeniya and a BSc from Eastern University. His career highlights include serving as Registrar at both Uva Wellassa University and Sabaragamuwa University in Sri Lanka, and holding senior administrative roles at various other institutions.

A recognized Fellow of both the Institute of Management Specialists (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka, Mr. Careem has been honored with a "LIFE TIME ACHIEVER AWARD" for his contributions to higher education and recognized as an "AMBASSADOR FOR PEACE."

He is also a published author in academic journals, focusing on areas such as employee job satisfaction and leadership styles. His key skills encompass academic administration, enrollment management, leadership, and staff development.
Professor Dr. Nagalingam Nagendrakumar’s appointment to the International Campus for Higher Studies-Sri Lanka as a Board of Governors!

Professor Nagalingam Nagendrakumar is an Associate Professor at SLIIT Business School, Malabe, with a distinguished academic and professional background. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, where his doctoral research focused on public financial management within Sri Lanka's Eastern Provincial Council. He also earned his MSc in Management and BSc in Business Administration (Special) from the same university.

Beyond his core degrees, Professor Nagendrakumar possesses a Diploma in Government Accounting and a Certificate in Training of Trainers on Sri Lanka Public Sector Accounting Standards. He is a highly qualified professional, holding memberships with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants (UK and SL), a Chartered Accountant (PI&CAB-11) designation, and membership in the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT).

His extensive career includes significant leadership roles such as Associate Dean, Head of Information Management, MBA Coordinator, and Senior Lecturer at SLIIT. He has also served as CEO/Dean Academic at SLIIT Northern UNI, University Professor at Global Humanistic University, and Rector and Senior Student Counselor at the Trincomalee Campus of Eastern University. Currently, he provides his expertise as an Academic Advisor to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
