Programme Structure

The MBBS programme is an outcome based integrated curriculum across five years. The curriculum is divided into two phases preclerkship phase (year 1 & 2) and the clerkship phase ( year 3,4 & 5).

The Preclerkship phase is of two years at the AIMST University campus .This phase lays the foundation for the clinical programme by ensuring a comprehensive teaching learning and assessment of the organ systems .This phase also exposes the student to the community and patients early in their education and ensures adequate development of ethics, professionalism and empathy which are essential components of a future doctor.
